General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – GlowSonic Boutique

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the GlowSonic store and its customers regarding the sale of products offered on the site.

2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the GlowSonic website, subject to availability. Each product is presented with a detailed description.

3. Order

The customer places an order online on the website. The order is validated after payment confirmation. GlowSonic reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a problem.

4. Price

Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. GlowSonic reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order will be processed after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

GlowSonic is committed to delivering products within the timeframes specified at the time of ordering. Delivery costs and times are specified at the time of ordering. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

7. Withdrawal and return

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error on the part of GlowSonic.

8. Warranty

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with current legislation.

9. Liability

GlowSonic cannot be held liable for any indirect damages related to the purchase of products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Personal data

The data collected during the order is used only for the processing and management of the order, in accordance with the privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
