1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.


2. Return conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all possible accessories.

  • Damaged, soiled or incomplete products cannot be returned.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
